Hi, I’m Ava Dizon

Ava Dizon serves as Executive Assistant and Operations Manager, supporting the day-to-day coordination and operational efficiency behind the scenes at Bobber. She plays a key role in ensuring that internal processes run smoothly and that every interaction and experience reflects the organization’s commitment to quality, care, and consistency.

Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and strong sense of service, Ava helps manage the operational backbone of the organization, enabling the broader team to focus on delivering meaningful impact to the people and communities they serve.

Outside of work, Ava is deeply involved in her local church and regularly volunteers within her community in the Philippines. She values faith, service, and family, and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their four children.
